You're Hired

I love what I do, and I dedicate myself to perform another special role as a Recruiter.

The company advertised to hire for Special Assignment Flight Attendant Recruiters in 2015. I applied because I would like to share and contribute my skills in this important role.

My experience as an HR Specialist with the US Department of Veterans Affairs and as a Recruiter with a Jewish social service agency called FEGS were significant positions that I would like to continue doing.

My first 3 recruitment events in New York and Atlanta were great events.  I am still learning the ropes and hopefully will be more confident and competent soon.  To determine if the applicant is best qualified for the job is a challenging role.  I would chose someone who has a great and proven customer service skills, and shows maturity that is a key to be a successful Flight Attendant.

Almost 3 years ago, I was in the same situation applying for this job.  I prepared myself for the interview, I dressed myself as a Flight Attendant, I tried to impressed the recruitment team, and I prayed that they would hire me.  I was fortunate that they did.

Now that I am part of the team, I see myself with the applicants. This is a great role to give someone a job, and to some of them, to be a part of  making their dream job a reality - like mine. To see them grateful at the end of the day that we hired them, brings us joy as well.

It is my honor to be a part of our recruitment team.  This is a role that I am glad to do and enjoy.
