ONE STEP AT A TIME

One of the most memorable passengers I've had so far was this woman.  She is a holocaust survivor.

She was by herself to Minneapolis, with a cane and could barely walk.  She walked one step at a time.

I assisted her to the bathroom, and it took us a long time to go in and out of the bathroom due to her difficulty walking. But her struggle wasn't shown on her face.  We were having fun while I was assisting her to the bathroom.

I enjoyed talking to her and serving her. She's very nice and very appreciative.

She's an empowered woman with lots of courage to travel by herself. I admire her. She is indeed an inspiration. It was my great honor to have her on our flight.
