The Ace Team

Sometimes we get a whole trip with the same flight crew.

Captain Austin and First Officer Justin were like my kids. They are great pilots, very professional with a positive attitude and work ethic, like to have fun, and most importantly, they took care of me. I call them my Ace Team.

I love writing commendations of the crew for a job well done. Austin and Justin deserved my recognition and appreciation. Hoping to work with them again. 

Every day and on every flight, I hope for good pilots. Besides having nice passengers, no delays, good aircraft, and nice layovers, having nice pilots makes a good and easy trip. 

People who love their job perform well, and employees who are appreciated and recognized perform better,
