Cheers to the Awardees!

It was a victory and happy flight.

They were more than five of them on our flight from Jacksonville travelling to New York to receive an award from the company they work for - Coach.  It was a free trip with free accommodation. They will also receive a cash award, and they will get to visit New York for free. The awards have different categories and they are being recognized for different positions they have with the company.

Award and recognition are great motivators.  When employees are commended for their hard work, they work harder, they care for the company and they stay. It creates happy employees.

Kudos to the awardees! Keep up the great work.
