The Breeze Of Dawn

A beautiful dawn overlooking the Gray's Lake in Ohio was happening.

*A poem by Mewlana Rumi

The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you.
Don't go back to sleep.

You must ask for what you really want.
Don't go back to sleep.

People are going back and forth across the doorsill
where the two worlds touch.

The door is round and open.
Don't go back to sleep.

Rumi is a 13th-century Persian poet.  I've heard this poem from one of my favorite authors, Dr. Wayne Dyer, and it has resonated with me from his books that I've been reading.

When I have an early morning ride to the airport, I see the beauty of nature.  I hear the sound talking to me.

I pause and give thanks again for a new day, a new life and a new dawn.
