No Excuse



Getting fit and healthy should not have an excuse.

Our lifestyle can be an excuse for being unhealthy. By not eating properly, lack of sleep and no time to go to the gym are some contributing factors to unhealthy life.

Discipline is everything.  We can still find time to go to the gym and hit the threadmill if we find a spare time for 30 mins. To walk outside if the weather is nice. To bring our own healthy food on our trip. And to take a nap when possible.

Health is wealth, as we all know.  It may be a though job for us to be healthy, but I believe it is still possible.

I pledge to be healthy.  So help me God.
